Some over-zealous hoplophobe could try to make a federal case for voter intimidation:

"I saw his gun while waiting in line to vote. I was terrified and returned to my car. I was too scared to vote."

Once Holder's DOJ is on the case, anything could happen.

Unless you are a black panther carrying a pipe then you are ok to stand infront of a polling place and intimidate all you like.
