Jesse Jackson’s PUSH sues Georgia, calls ‘stand your ground’ law biased.

"“The act does not account for societal and cultural biases which result in a presumption of criminality (or presumptions of victimization) against certain socio-economic and ethnic groups which result in the unequal allocation of the presumption of the presentation of an eminent threat sufficient to justify the use of deadly force,” the court document stated, AP reported."

He knows that's BS .. because blacks and whites generally live in different neighborhoods and avoid each other's neighborhoods.

    Quoting part of the article:
Mr. Jackson’s suit cites the different treatment of two different plaintiffs — one white, one black — as proof of the law’s racial undertones.

One case involved a black man, Chris Johsnon, who was shot and killed by a white man, Adam Lee Edmondson, who claimed he was defending his girlfriend. Mr. Edmondson faced murder charges, but was found not guilty, based on his claim of “stand your ground” laws.

Meanwhile, in a different case, Herman Lee Smith III, another black man, was found guilty of murdering another black man, Cardarius Stegall, in August, AP reported. Mr. Smith said he shot Mr. Stegall because he felt threatened — but the jury didn’t find “reasonable belief” that he actually thought his life was in danger and the only way to protect himself was to shoot the man, AP reported.
Both guys faced murder charges. How can the problem be with the law or Georgia's actions under it if both guys were charged with murder and the disparate outcome was simply the finding of a jury?

In my opinion Jackson is a disgusting predator. He preys upon stupid people by playing to their ignorant misconceptions in order to line his own pockets.

He believes the entire justice system is racist, so it makes sense that he would believe that a single aspect of the same system is racist.

Jesse wants our Justice system to be like Zimbabwe: whites are always wrong, blacks are always right etc.

He continues to incorrectly use these silly straw man arguments and having statistics amounting to one case really don't impress me that much. There are so many variables that come into play during jury trials that it is silly to try to compare cases side by side.

He is huckster, always has been always will be.

He should be pushing for laxing of gun laws so that blacks can protect themselves from the guberment. He's worse than any KKK member IMO.
