Decision in Badger Guns case delayed until January

Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Jeffrey Conen heard a morning of legal argument Wednesday but doesn't expect to make a decision on a defense motion to dismiss the case until January. How [he] sees the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, or PLCAA, could effectively end the case or help it get before a jury.

This crap again? And how do you stop someone from making a straw purchase?
No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. Thomas Jefferson (1776)

If you go into a store, with a gun, and rob it, you have forfeited your right to not get shot - Joe Deters, Hamilton County (Cincinnati) Prosecutor

I ask sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people except for a few politicians. - George Mason (father of the Bill of Rights and The Virginia Declaration of Rights)

The obvious solution is to hand over every single customer's personally identifiable information to the West Milwaukee Police Department. For the children.

It is just another way for the Nazi party in DC/Madison to get rid of guns/ firearm businesses etc... This could apply to a maker of butcher knives, or maker of axes etc... The only right way is to get the buyer and the buyer only, not the seller for these types of situations.
