Evar a case for jury nullification; this is it - chased by zombies

    http://www.startribune.com/local/south/233865121.html

After stealing a newspaper delivery truck from a gas station, an intoxicated Apple Valley man told police that he took it because he was “running from zombies,” according to criminal charges filed this week.

I would be compelled to let this guy off ... after being chased by zombies....

Isn't that the oldest trick in the Zombie playbook?

"Help me! I'm running FROM the Zombies!" Munch....

Granted, it sounds more like: "Arrrrr, Mmmmmm, bleh..."

Now if the guy was a vampire and the zombie bit him and he bit the zombie ...

Would he turn into a zombie?

Would the zombie turn into a vampire?

Thats why I would nullify ... don't want a zombie vampire roaming about

That guy is lucky to be alive. Everybody knows newspaper editors are zombies, as well as most reporters. Getting into a newspaper truck is like Hansel and Gretel entering gingerbread house.
I'll make you an offer: I will argue and fight for all of your rights, if you will do the same for me. That is the only way freedom can work. We have to respect all rights, all the time--and strive to win the rights of the other guy as much as for ourselves.

If I am equal to another, how can I legitimately govern him without his express individual consent?

There is no human being on earth I hate so much I would actually vote to inflict government upon him.
