How sweet ... now being nice is grounds for a search.

In Ohio .. where a cop can now just say your speeding and the guberment says "that's all we need"

Now, the appellate court did not agree (neither did lower court).

What kinda a--holes ya have in OH ... to even take this to the appellate court?

So wait, heavy breathing, and overt politeness is RAS for a removal from a vehicle, and a K-9 scent search? Oh well! The ends obviously justifies the means. Besides, criminals don't deserve the same rights that LACs have.

Concealing a weapon is ... suspicious

Driving at or below the speed limit is ... suspicious
.. not answered is the question "suspicious of what illegality?"

Just because it's what "should be" doesn't mean it isn't "news worthy" (or actually, discussion worthy, as this isn't singularly a news site, only the news subforum is singularly focused on so called "news"). Positive (which this is) needs to be posted as well as the negative, as well as the call-to-arms.

Yep. What's scary is most don't. Or almost as bad, they don't care. The cage is getting smaller.
