This is a news outlet that writes stories for other media outlets throughout the country. My girlfriend and I are featured in it. Pretty balanced reporting and no Brady statistics.

Congrats to you and yours, and kudos on the "Protected by Ruger" decal (I'm considering buying a 1911 frame and parts from them, but don't love the "modern" look of the SR1911).

On topic: not wanting to disagree with you, but the reporter seemed fond of using "after 20....gunned down...mass shootings....gun violence..." etc. loaded words/phrases.

Interesting series of interviews. I was impressed with the balance of it, yet somewhat dismayed by the views of the first two anti gun profiles. The lady from Australia... well, not much we can do about that. She's indicitive of the entire problem with the anti gun side, in that they think some sort of utopia will result from the total and complete lack of fire arms in the world. Im guessing her school didnt teach her about the Roman Legions or Ghengis Khan.

The gentleman that lost his son to a horrible accident... it was just that. You cant blame the gun or the manufacturer if a weapon is mishandled. Blame the person that didnt check the chamber. No, instead, they sue (thankfully losing, but still causing issues with ANOTHER new law restricting the pro gun side of things) and blame the tool as opposed to the person using it. We dont blame the knife and sue Gerber when someone gets stabbed. What is it about guns that makes people loose their minds and go all litigation happy?

And in the articles about your foray, I love how they managed to place the blame squarely on the shoulders of law abiding citizens for disruptions caused by their own ignorance and incompetence. To the Ken243: have you carried again since the change in signs?
