A few minutes before the Texas Republican primary filing deadline, Houston/Galveston Rep Steve Stockman entered the Senate race against 'Big John' RINO Stab-Ted-Cruz-in-the-back and support-RINO-KY-Sen-Mitch-McConnell John Cornyn.

US Rep Gohmert from E Texas chickened out but Tea-party conservative Stockman stepped up.

He sponsored the 'Safe Schools Act' in Congress after the Sandy Hook shooting to revoke the GFZ at schools.
He is a principled conservative.

Would expect every voter for Ted Cruz would vote for Steve Stockman too.:monkey
