CATI Texas is having a gun buyback today across the street from a gun buyback being put on by a church in Dallas which will be destroying the firearms that they purchase. CATI Texas will be attempting to put the firearms in the hands of victims or women in need of self defense tools so that they can defend themselves. The women will be put through training and given eye/ear protection as well as a gun lock.
