Aldi's shooter Nazir Al-Mujaahid's suit against Milwaukee police headed for trial

"The subject of his civil rights case preceded the Aldi shooting. In March 2011, Al-Mujaahid was driving a rented Camaro on Capitol Drive when he was pulled over a little before noon. His suit contends officers pointed weapons at his head, threatened to kill him, and roughed him up as they handcuffed him and held him in a squad while searching the rental car. No contraband was found, and he was released.

In their motions to dismiss, the police argue that Al-Mujaahid's driving and "furtive movements" made them reasonably suspect he had a weapon. The profanity-laced threat to kill him was characterized as "verbal stun" intended to foster compliance."

Al-Mujaahid has two open case files at WCCA, neither this one. Interesting.

LOL The TSA Blueshirts yell FREEZE and the MPD yells "@(^&$@$% KILL YOU *&&$$%@$ !!" Merely Citizens compliance exercises. Move along, nothing new, nothing to see. Street theater.

That in it self should disqualify the cops. Imagine if the verbal stun came from the Nazir to someone else. He would have all the anti terrorist charges thrown at him and he would be classified as a home grown terrorist. These MPD cops seem to think that their badge and uniform gives them the right to abuse citizens. Do they twirl their guns in public too?

Get it from the horse's mouth... MPD at its finest!

Yes, they pulled me from the car under threat of murder and they evidently thought I was a drug dealer based upon them calling for drug sniffing dogs!
My left shoulder still has a rotator cuff tear and it's been hell dealing ever since.

The main officer Bandt has an interesting background but is well connected, see how he beat a brutality case in '92 ( http://articles.chicagotribune.com/1...idence-charged )
    He also settling a suit for $25k for stomping a 12 yr old boy in 2010 ( http://www.jsonline.com/news/milwaukee/93175269.html )
He's also one of the dirty cops listed in a JournalSentinel investigation of dirty cops in MPD http://www.jsonline.com/watchdog/wat...132268408.html or search any cops at the following link http://www.jsonline.com/watchdog/131991558.html

As for "As for: Al-Mujaahid has two open case files at WCCA, neither this one. Interesting." This is a federal case so it won't show on WCCA, You can find two open cases, both against the City of Milwaukee, one for Aldi and the other for multiple Civil rights violations of MPD at https://dockets.justia.com/docket/wi...cv00484/59494/

Anyway, I'm still fighting and may soon be fighting the FBI & Joint Terrorism Task Force that raided my house after the Aldi incident and are using, in my opinion, the WI DOR as a proxy claiming tax fraud on someone else's taxes whom I had power of attorney for! Anyway, since it's still in court, I can't provide many details other than asking you all to question... when do you think the last time the FBI &/or Joint Terrorism Task Force were interested in taxes of less than $14k?

Nevertheless, I'm keeping calm and carrying on...

Since you spilled your gutz on your legal woes about the WCCA case with a bunch of felony charges I will say the charges are well deserved.
