Minnesota has paid out millions for data breaches by state agents that used the info for sexual, personal and political gains. Now they have this, AND WAIT! THAT"S NOT ALL!! THEY HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY EITHER, as the legislators didn't know they had these devices!

It would seem the Fourth Amendment went the way of the rotary phone. We really should have had a memorial service for it or something.
