    Zippy cafe in Everett

    2811 Wetmore Ave

Espresso cafe that also serves beer and wine. Has child's play area in back. No room dividers except for employee only area.

Posted "no guns" sign. Cites RCW 9.41.300(d)

Obviously incorrect as under 21 are allowed in the establishment.

are the No Guns signs the ones issued from the Liquor control Board? If so, alert the LCB and they will straighten them out.

Looks like it. Green in color, State Liquor Board info on top left corner.

It was not posted on the front door, but rather on the front of the counter that divided the public area from the employees area (with a bunch of other flyers and posters).

If it cites that law then it's considered acceptable by the LCB.

However I would notify the LCB that they are allowing under 21 in a restricted area..... That would get the business to start thinking.
Provision for free medical attendance and nursing, for clothing, for food, for housing, for the education of children, and a hundred other matters, might with equal propriety be proposed as tending to relieve the employee of mental strain and worry. --- These matters obviously lie outside the orbit of congressional power.
