MCC § 8-20-100 and its zoning ordinance (to the extent that it bans the
operation of gun stores in Chicago) are therefore unconstitutional.

IV. Conclusion
For the reasons discussed above, Plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment [R.
174] is granted and the City’s motion for summary judgment [R. 157] is
denied.

Chgo basically called a ffls lowlifes .... yeah, they get their BR chks on a routine basis ... one ffl has likely more BR checks than the entire city council.
