I would think they would prefer a very smart and gentlemanly gun - in Texas we'd call it a Bar-B-Que gun.

Didn't one of our Breakfast and Dinner buddies have some issues with…,

those folks a few years back? For the life of me, I can't recall his name right now, but he was a fairly active poster, young fellow, very nice, but was having a rough time health wise, and sometimes needed help getting a ride to the functions, and moved from the city, closer to the West End. I keep wanting to say "Brandon", but that may not be right…, I'm getting CRS real bad these days. I can see his face, but can't quite get the name.

Anyway, I think someone at the Jefferson had some issues with him OC'ing there. I could be wrong, though. Know who I'm talking about Peter, Grape, Skid?

Regardless of the thread, I'd like to know how he's doing. :)

I have only been there for special events or functions, but have open carried and never had a problem

Indeed was Curtis

- he used to live and work near DoubleTap - he was a regular at our breakfasts for a while several years ago.

Without going into personal details, I think that was an isolated situation - not reflective of any policy/rule at the Jefferson.

Yep, Curtis...I sure hope he's OK. As Grape said that had nothing to do with the public carry policy.
