If you want to initiate a discussion, how about limiting the slant and just state your question?

In any event, beating an expired equine - unless the Prosecutor refiles charges on the murder count this game is over.

My apologies. Not sure why I made the assumption the the defendant's lawyer was female.

Must be some sort of gender bias. That or I still harbor ill will towards another 'Cor[e]y': You know ,the one responsible for the unlawful persecution of one George Zimmerman.
