brief at the hearing on the merits of this appeal
I filed complaint against Freedom of information commission for deciding not to hear a case regarding PA13-3's creation. I file brief, they file brief. I motion to strike their brief. No response by commission. Now I gets this order.
This is why I do not like the law specifying where cases can be filed .. my local court would have granted the motion.
Just strange....
