Texas State-wide primary races - Position on OC?

Fixing to vote on March 4th and was looking over the state-wide candidates for office.
Drawing up my list of who to vote for in the primary.

Anyone have insight on Republican candidate positions on OC? Will do some research on this and report back.
Will also call Texarkana Rep Lavender and get input from his political folks.
