We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. "The right to form militias and possess arms"? Just a tad bit off the mark, as the right or obligation to form a militia was, is, and will remain a function of the individual States.
And the Emperor of Japan never suggested they invade the US. (As a matter of fact, it seems that since at least 1933 the Emperor had little, if anything, to say about the activities of the Imperial Army or the Imperial Navy. Mostly because the Imperial Army and the Imperial Navy maneuvered to make sure he was never asked what they should or should not do.)
It's little things like these that cause a loss of credibility.
