SB-789 is now has been introduced. Does away with Gun Boards along with other things.

Hip, hip, hooray! No more of those Pius, smacktard, buttmonkies at the WACO GB urinating down upon the serfs from their lofty positions. Somehow I see the GB's & MSP pushing back on this and doing their best to derail it. Hope I'm wrong. They should fear Michigan's very active and vocal pro-2A / pro-human rights groups.

Looks good from my quick skim of it.

I didn't mean it as a slam as I suspect you took it, I meant that it is hard to get gun owners to agree on anything. some are likely to say this doesn't go far enough so they won't support it, others will say the second period should have been a comma so I am against it. Personally the bill looks good to me. Some will not like it because I do. Basically I meant we do not have that which we most need, unity.

A very, very, very valid point. How can we foster it? We have great examples of very successful groups around the USA: VCDL, AzCDL to name a couple. Why is it so hard for MI groups to have similar success? A decade ago MCRGO was doing great & moving mountains in the legislature. Until unity and cohesion become the standard in MI pro-2A / human rights groups I see it being a tougher road for their attempts than need be. :(

If this bill doesn't give us Constitutional Carry with a total elimination of PFZs then I see no point in passing it
