Good Ca example of gun confisgation - want you to keep court records forever

    http://www.bakersfieldnow.com/news/i...?tab=video&c=y

Eighteen weapons were seized but then returned a couple weeks later. Eyewitness News discovered it was the work of a special state task force

The reporter says to keep your court records. Retardo...first court records are routinely destroyed by courts in CT.

And you records won't mean squat...not being certified copies.

So they find a slip of paper from 30 yrs ago and off they go to steal your guns.

Now we know to be prepared. Legislation to provide $$$ for these gun-stealing thugs? Wait for it in CT.

Wonder where eye is to tell us again how they are not keeping records on us when we do a background check.

Merritt also disputed whether the charge was ever a felony. "I truly, honestly don't remember pleading guilty to any felony," he said. "The jail time was like five weekends." He remembered getting probation and a fine of about $100.
An epiphany was when Judge Eggleston explained that a felon was liable to more than 365 days incarceration. Five weekends plus a year's probation is probably a felony.

I thought that CT would not confiscate any guns as a result of violating the new law.

Believe me, you get caught with a AW not reg. or bought after the magical date, they are taking it as evidence at least - then how could one get it back?

They'll be confiscating guns. The method is the point in question.
