Fox News is reporting that letters were, in fact, sent out

According to FOX News, Connecticut’s Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection did, in fact, send out letters advising gun owners delinquent on registration to surrender their weapons to the police or render them non-operational. Those “who fail to comply face charges of possessing an unregistered assault weapon and/or high capacity magazine.”

Speaking of Connecticut, here is a STUNNING VIDEO about the town of Sandy Hook and how the residents who resided there mysteriously had their mortgages PAID OFF - on December 25th, 2009 when the public offices were officially closed - so they all received free homes.

Why? Why would Sandy Hook give away houses? The answer is to coerce them to go along with the major False Flag Op. This is incredible information is yet another piece to this puzzle. Watch the video for yourself before deciding if this is conspiracy theory BS.

Then after watching the film you can research the property records yourself.

Just pick Newtown as the city and then plug in any street name, or use the examples given in the video such as Account Number 00446101.

And exactly where did DESPP make this announcement? Who made the announcement?

I am still seeking a response to a records request....I know that they made letters; I don't know if they sent them out.

I still don't...the Fox News article is not enough for me.
