"State Senator Josh Miller (D-Cranston) has issued an apology for swearing last week at a representative of what he calls "a website notorious for conspiracy theories."

As an aside, does anyone know who the man in the black shirt is who echoed the Senator's comment is?

In the states of Oklahoma or Texas, if he said such to me, I could have him arrested, prosecuted and convicted of either Disorderly Conduct or Breach of the Peace for using such foul language, to which I as a civilian strenuously object.
