It's much more likely to actually stumble across other OC'ers out during errands in Pahrump than Las Vegas, actually.

Welcome to the sight Jeannette. I live in Pahrump. No issues OCing in Pahrump, same laws for the most part as Las Vegas. OCing in the parks no problem. I often see two or three open carrying in the Wal-Mart, have see Ocers in Smiths and Home Depot. Do occasionally see Front Sight students and instructors in the evening most open carrying. The few casinos except for one all have a no gun policy. The one that is ok with open carry is Irene’s casino. It is a small place more like a PTs pup size. Interesting enough they have a sign saying no concealed firearms however I have been in the place many times with my full size open carried firearm, no problems. They do have small restaurant good food.

Thanks for the input. I will be going down there with family and I just wanted to make sure as to not cause uneasiness from my family. I'm the only one within my family that owns and carries and I feel more for them than myself.
