    Clear violation of the 1st amendment right to free speech. But then we all know the state of NY does not recognize the BOR.

    Toy guns, cardboard cutouts, Pop-Tarts, folded paper, and even fingers...
    Except for the fingers, all have been confiscated. Looks like practice to me.
