    ummm, no

I like how a city can suspend the US Constitution for a day and everyone is ok with it.

Good luck with your "Ban" Jeffersonville...

Every year I say "I"m going to Thunder this year" but never make it...
Arms discourage and keep the invader and plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property... Horrid mischief would ensue were the law-abiding deprived of the use of them.

If someone farts can they be arrested for the "Noxious Gases" ban?

Glass bottles? Bicycles? Just give the serfs a list of what they are permitted to bring.

If you want to be a test case, but don't want the legal troubles of the firearm part, just eat a ton of spicy stuff before you get to the event, then find one of the people that wrote up such asinine prohibitions and let loose with a long-winded discussion of why they have overstepped their authority.

    It doesn't say I can't bring a flame-thrower....I'm good.

Also "open carry of alcohol"? I guess if you put in in a brown paper bag like a homeless person you are ok as it would be concealed carry.

I notice no ban on burning crosses. We all know why.

But IN is generally pro-gun. This ban is not worth the paper its written on.

Authorities in Indiana can't enforce a planned ban on firearms at Saturday's Thunder Over Louisville, Jeffersonville City Attorney Les Merkley said Thursday morning.

"Local government does not have the authority to enact any regulation concerning firearms," Merkley said, citing a 2011 Indiana law.
