SUFFIELD — East Granby resident Tami Zawistowski beat out a local Democrat to win the special election for the 61st House District race Friday evening, winning the seat formerly held by Rep. Elaine C. O’Brien, who died of cancer seven weeks ago.....“I think people are dissatisfied with the Malloy administration,” Zawistowski said.''


O'Brien voted in favor of PA13-3 --- I have no sympathy for any who voted for PA13-3
