Chevron corporation gets El Segundo police do violate constitutional rights on a regular basis.

3 guys go to film the refinery and police get smacked down.

A few minutes later, police retaliate......

This is part 1

Hey onus - a small typo in your video title -[ hone] of the brave.

I wish every town had 100 people like you on the street, maybe then we'd see police worthy of their oath.

Its growing.

When I started filming there was only 1 guy in all of LA who regularly filmed police. He and I made a team. Then another person joined us and on this mission we had 4 guys filming.

Its growing.

I'm so happy I remembered to get some Orville Redenbacher at the store.

Great Job.

The idea of introducing " Contract Law" into a police encounter is a great concept. Informing the Leo's that their wearing of a costume with a badge attach to said costume is not proof of any legal authority is a great equalizer against their tyranny. However try to be more humble and respectful during and after the encounter... When you win, there is no need to pat your chest or make comments. Win with dignity..
Silent vice is stronger then Ostentatious virtue.

The person filming isn't me.

However, the people filming didn't really win this encounter today.

The police were butt hurt after the smack down and conspired to retaliate.

Two guys were issued bogus traffic infractions costing $500 each and one guy was arrested for "failing to ID" which was completely bogus.

Part 2 should be coming out soon.....along with announcement of a lawsuit.

The issuing of unconstitutional tickets and summonses will in fact give your friends " Standing" to now proceed with a suit. Hence my opinion on why they should always conduct their business or exercise their rights with the utmost respect and class...
If they make their oppressors look like the evil doers, the evil doers will lose in court. Be humble, be courteous, no one likes a bully.
Make them look like the bullies. After the settlement then you pat your chest and hi five.
