Excellent example of how not to conduct yourself in a stop by officers.

Voice sounded familiar too.

There is no direct connection to OC or RKBA and as no apparent specific action pending against an individual officer - this thread falls into the category of CopWatch.

Sorry. Yes, the video which lasted around 14 minutes and showed a pedestrian being stopped and an LEO pulling her gun on him while she was in her patrol car. At one point early on, he asked if he was being detained to which she responded, "No". He should have gone on his way and left the thing alone at that point. A later call to her supervisor to report that she has pointer her sidearm at him from her car would have been in order.
