Is he a free man? Then yes. Why not?

If he known to be dangerous he should already be separated from the general population....until one violates a law that has meaning, the RKBA is sacrosanct.

By virtue of his citizenship, not his religion.

For the same reason, I oppose allowing anyone, regardless of religious affiliation, to wear anything other than a standard uniform while in the U.S. Military.

I believe the miltitary should be made up of voluntary militia. Not the Prussian model that was thrust upon us by George Washington and other conservatives.
