Councilor Rey Garduño asked Sanchez why speakers could not remain silent during their allotted two minutes. Because it violates the rules of decorum, Sanchez said.


What a load of crap....I am fully aware of the rules ... and remaining quite is not disruptive.

I'm surprised the cops just did not shoot everyone there...to calm the disturbance of silent people.

i find it amusing when outsiders see the way of life and political antics of NM and ABQ in particular. these situations have been going on there for years and even while ABQ PD is under DOJ oversight the ABQ PD officers are still killing the city's citizens during encounters.

plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose
