How about SB 656? This just popped up on my radar because the NRA sent an email about it. I had been following 613. This looks similar. It contains the OC with CC provision too.

But I've only read the summary and don't have time to study the text - is anyone following this one? Does it have any bad points in the details?

Having the NRA behind a bill should be a plus. If it's a good bill.

Well, it has this:

"This act makes acting as a corporate security advisor without a license a Class A misdemeanor."

So as usual there's always a catch with these legislative casseroles.
