The FIC agrees to hear my declaratory ruling request

I asked how many filings with the FIC are allowed over a given period of time.

I expect to have hundreds coming up for secret meetings that violate the Act shortly.

And they have used the excuse that I file too many appeals as a reason not to hear cases, even in cases where the opposing party admits to violating the law.

This ruling shall be a joke of course ... they have to rule that a limit is there ... but a court will not buy this.

As I said before, this request will be a win-win for me either way. They either rule that there is no limit or they rule that there is (out of thin air). Another nail in the coffin for the continuation of this goofy agency.
