Pentagon studying protesters to prep for ‘mass civil breakdown’

The Department of Defense has disbursed some funds to universities so that scientists might study the dynamics of civil unrest — and how the U.S. military might best respond. It’s called the “Minerva Research Initiative,” and it’s a program that was kicked off in 2008 to “improve DoD’s basic understanding of the social, cultural, behavioral and political forces that shape regions of the world of strategic importance to the U.S.,” The Guardian reported.

Here's how they should respond : by doing nothing

The military should have nothing to do with civil issues.

The greatest threat to civilization/society is them. People have a vested interest in voluntary peaceful associations with one another.
I am not anti Cop I am just pro Citizen.

    U.S. v. Minker, 350 US 179, at page 187
"Because of what appears to be a lawful command on the surface, many citizens, because
of their respect for what only appears to be a law, are cunningly coerced into waiving their
    rights, due to ignorance." (Paraphrased)
