    Very interesting. Encrypt everything you can, make cursory snooping as expensive as possible. In the vein of being denied rights for exercising rights, perhaps they'll show their hand and prohibit encryption.

    Note that OCDO is not transmitted in HTTPS

    Pretty much any significant website is going to track user sessions. What they do with that information is another question... I'd be curious to know if they have some sort of terms of use or policy which details how the session/tracking information that they collect is used.
