And also even continuing to have secret leaders meetings after the legislature said no the SB 1148 in 2013 to exempt them from the FOIA Act.....

many meetings regarding PA13-3 were discovered ....

When people asked him why no one could offer testimony for SB 1160 he told everyone to shut up.
