What do they mean by "only for self-defense?"

I guess the other part includes crew-served tanks and machine guns, eh?

So that means only 66% of the population has a brain. Bit high isnt it considering we have Obarfa and the Dumbocrats in power stealing our rights and shredding the Constitution before our eyes?

    Allowed?

Like being ALLOWED to exercise the right of Free Speech?

    ALLOWED to earn a living?

I have the RIGHT to carry guns in public, I don't need to be ALLOWED to.
Provision for free medical attendance and nursing, for clothing, for food, for housing, for the education of children, and a hundred other matters, might with equal propriety be proposed as tending to relieve the employee of mental strain and worry. --- These matters obviously lie outside the orbit of congressional power. Well, my wife, if I had one, not sayin', allows me to pee once per night. More than that and I'm sleeping upstairs since it wakes her REM sleep.

I didn't know it was optional.

It's a lame attempt to 'split' the vote to make the pro-gun side response appear a little less lopsided. Silly anti-gun morons who wrote up the poll think they were being clever... :-)

After you vote, and you know you will, make a comment below the article.
"Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the people's liberty teeth (and) keystone... the rifle and the pistol are equally indispensable... more than 99% of them by their silence indicate that they are in safe and sane hands. The very atmosphere of firearms everywhere restrains evil interference .When firearms go, all goes, we need them every hour." -- George Washington

only just scrolled that far down. I'd have preferred to comment as my FB page instead of me but oh well. I doubt most of the MSNBC readers could handle the right wing news I post without a coronary anyway

Hmm, it won't let me choose answer #1 - I think they are trying to rig the poll now.

Nah, unthinkable, MSNBC wouldn't do that, would they? Like the Zimmerman 911 tape perhaps? Or Malicious Hairy Pooty and her racist diatribes.
