In Washington and Illinois, gun rights under attack in not-so-subtle ways

Today’s Seattle Times endorsement of Initiative 594 and Friday’s Chicago Tribune story about how applicants for concealed carry permits being denied with no reason or apparent avenue of appeal reveals how firearms rights are under not-so-subtle attack two days after America celebrated its birthday.
