I was in the local Wal-Mart as I walked in the door I noticed a fellow and his son standing by the carts. As I went by them to get my cart I heard him telling his son look he is carrying.

After I grabbed my cart I stopped and asked if he was a gun owner. He stated that he was from Michigan and that laws were different there.

I talked to him a little bit about Wis. and Michigan laws and directed him to this site for more information on open carrying.

Over all our short conversation was pleasant that ended up with is wife and other children listening. It only took a couple of minutes of my time and resulted in some good information passed on.

Just before we went on with our shopping I handed him a business card and said if you are ever in the need for any firearms training feel free to contact me.
