I wish to attend an event and I am unable to ascertain if i am allowed to OC at the fairgrounds in Cleveland county...
FYI, the event's promo specifically states no weapons but i am willing to bet a buck the material on the event's site is strictly carryover from previous years.
(Of interest, right below the event's comment about 'no weapons' it also states 'NO REGISTERED SEX-OFFENDERS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY' so not sure i, a a firearm carrier, should be offended or not as these are the only prohibitions to the event?)
i was unable to find anything specific in the Cleveland county's ordinances (three references to firearms come up) and am drafting a letter to the county commissioners requesting clarification.
thoughts or experiences?
