But, I remain perplexed as to what the correlation is between gun rights and topless women. If these women want to run around topless in Austin, yes technically it’s legal. But I fail to see the logic or correlation between “bullets and boobs.”

You need to think outside the box....

These women are showing off their built-in flack-jackets and challenge the proper penetration of different calibers of hollow points.

And there are some that probably deseve to have one of the CC-Only fudds' favorite sayings repeated: "Just because you can does not mean you should."
