All the cop said is he did not want to get into an argument .... a positive outcome of prior efforts by citizens I think.

I wonder how the DC police are handling these 1st and 2nd amendment issues in their recently liberated city.

Proof that Portland PD selectively enforces the city's firearms ordinances. Camera and witnesses present, daylight....no harassment. Try this alone, at night, with no camera, and see the difference.
