    Everytown fact check

    Found this on their site.
    Kentucky
•Has weak child access prevention law: It is a felony to intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly provide a handgun to a child under 18.
It is a felony for a parent or guardian to intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly provide a handgun to a child under 18 if the parent or guardian knows there is a substantial risk the child will use the gun to commit a felony or that the child has been convicted of a crime of violence

Don't remember reading this anywhere. But I don't keep up with laws for kids.
What would a substantial risk be by law?
My granddaughter is a little young for a firearm just learned to walk .

Does that include Obeying the Law? LOL
    RIGHTS don't exist without RESPONSIBILITY!
If one is not willing to stand for his rights, he doesn't have any Rights.
I will strive to stand for the rights of ANY person, even those folks with whom I disagree!
As said by SVG--- "I am not anti-COP, I am PRO-Citizen" and I'll add, PRO-Constitution.
If the above makes me a RADICAL or EXTREME--- So be it!
