A second amendment activist, a well respected research doctor in Phoenix, was arrested on a charge of "Disorderly Conduct", based on an alleged momentary muzzle sweep of two women in a restaurant. The problem for the prosecutor is that the disorderly conduct charge requires intent or knowledge. If the muzzle sweep occurred as the police alledge, it was momentary and accidental. Kind of hard to get to intentional or knowing from there.
In the meantime, the anti-constitutionalists have smeared this allegation across the county.
