Now you know why it's better to be armed than not. Good on Chief Craig for speaking the inconvenient truth that so many of his peers don't have the backbone to speak.

they have the backbone, what they do not have is a liberty centric, pro citizen, mindset. Many top cops are decidedly anti-citizen and anti-liberty. They all support the 2A...just ask them, then see what they do.

Bold added above for emphasis. This chief is saying all the right things, however his actions or lack of them in this instance show some very good reasons for freedom loving citizens to be concerned. The fact the WSU PD have a 90 second response time is great until you look at the TINY area they are responsible for roughly a 10 square city block area. While DPD still only solves roughly 30% of their homicide cases and 911 response can be measured in days to infinity at times... Yeah chief Craig talk all you want, your actions or inaction will speak the loudest. DPD under Fed oversight for over a decade & still a joke. That should tell you much about the DPD.
