"BREMERTON, Wash. — Bremerton police are searching for an armed man who was met by a clerk with his own gun when he tried to rob a small convenience store.
About 9:20 p.m. Wednesday, a man with a bandanna on his face entered Rob's Quick Stop on 15th Street at Callow Avenue in West Bremerton.
When the man went to the front counter and confronted the female clerk at the register, the clerk told the man to remove the bandanna. She told police she did so because she was scared.
When the gunman slammed a gun on the counter and pointed it at the woman, she immediately ducked behind the counter and covered her head, according to police.
When the woman’s husband saw what was happening, he drew his own weapon and pointed it at the gunman."

The gunman then swung his weapon around, pointed it at the clerk's husband, and then fled out the door.
Uh, this is about as life threatening as it gets, no shot when the gun was being swung?
All ended well, no deaths and no property loss.

Fortunately for all involved the crime was stopped, and nobody ended up in the hospital. (If the bad guy went to the hospital we would have to pay for it)
