    Open Carry Pamphlet

I have two styles of pamphlets. One with Thomas Jefferson's image and one with out.

Which is the most recent or do they both have the same accuracy?

Yes, I know I could read both of them, study them for subtle differences, but asking is less time consuming.

the one with the FAQ inside is the most current... both however have a few link issues (IE: NWCDL is no longer in use)

Ask them to cite where you need one.
I am not anti Cop I am just pro Citizen.

    U.S. v. Minker, 350 US 179, at page 187
"Because of what appears to be a lawful command on the surface, many citizens, because
of their respect for what only appears to be a law, are cunningly coerced into waiving their
    rights, due to ignorance." (Paraphrased)

I do. I usually mess with them and the joke always goes over their head.

My immediate reply is that Open Carry is the "default method of carry" in Washington State, no permit needed. If you want to do something sneaky, like hide your weapon, well for that you need a permit. That usually defuses the grumps.
I used to give out a lot of brochures, but now I am picky about who would really use it.
"Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the people's liberty teeth (and) keystone... the rifle and the pistol are equally indispensable... more than 99% of them by their silence indicate that they are in safe and sane hands. The very atmosphere of firearms everywhere restrains evil interference .When firearms go, all goes, we need them every hour." -- George Washington

    Go to this site:
    http://www.washingtongunrights.com/ocdo/wgr.pdf

If you do not have a printer that prints to both sides of the page then do this:

Print the first page. flip the paper over and print the 2nd page on the back of the first. Then fold in 3 sections like fitting a page to an envelope.

any of the print shops (Kinkos, UPS stores) will print them in bulk for you. The print shop I used will only print in runs of 10k or better.

When I get some money, I think I am going to carry those around with me and give them out to people who think I need a licenses to OC.
