    So...

Crack open some beers...grill some meat...take time away from work...on a government sponsored national public 'holiday' to celebrate communism? and/or socialism?

    Glad I went to work.

Tyrants come in all shapes and sizes, as do those who do their bidding. Anyone who tells you that the threat of tyranny is long over, is either a fool, an enemy, or BOTH.

    Glad I went to work.

But tell me, are you really that surprised at this given the current state of our government?

Nothing surprises me anymore. How government "works"? It all feels like television show, in heavy rotation reruns.

All I want to do, is turn the channel. (no wonder I don't own a television anymore)

Awww come on. Do what I do. Own the TV and blu ray and keep a DVD binder with around 400 DVDs in it and watch what YOU want to watch.
