I read a different article that said she had a "record" and provided a link but besides the restraining order, all I could find was traffic and a recent foreclosure. Then I clicked the link to her blog. Whoa.

What are you "Whoa-ing" at?

We fight tooth and nail for the right of people who are not legally disqualified to keep and bear arms. She may be "messed up" but I do not see anything that says she is a danger to herself or others. (I did not look to see if she was at one time involuntarily commited because at one time she was a danger to herself or others. If it's there please point me to it.)

Or were you just taken aback that someone who is anti-gun also has some other MH issues? (Which would be strange since being anti-gun is a sign of mental disorder in and of itself.)

I didn't read a whole lot, and I'm not psychiatrist, but even the title of the blog screams "I've been victimized and I'm hurting"

Again, I'm not very learned on this sort of thing, but I believe this 'fits the profile' pretty unsurprisingly for a misguided, hurting victim suffering from significant trauma. In response to being victimized they've chosen the wrong response -- instead of preparing and taking control of themselves in order to stop or prevent a future victimization, which is totally legitimate, they seek to take control of the world around them, including all of the people around them, in a desperate attempt at prior restraint, and perhaps a touch of vengefulness(?), which is both wrong and ineffective. I could be totally off-base though.

Not sure if that's what he was whoaing about or not.

A nutty liberal keeps another nutty liberal on the payroll. Meh.
