I was a little league coach and have seen this type of behavior (not this extreme). Why did they steal their guns.

    'cause they're commies.

Can't have those two defending themselves against a crowd of armed thugs. Another example of cops punishing the good and rewarding the wicked.

Article below indicates the coach and his wife had CCP. Why did they take the guns from the LAC with CC permits? This is crazy.

...and this...the guns or the beatings?

“It’s upsetting to even hear a story like this,” said Lt. Espinoza, who is a youth league football coach himself. “It just sets a terrible example of coaching and parenting"...
Defending yourself against armed thugs is the worst example you could ever give. What bastards.

In other words, they just told the attackers that the victims are now disarmed and released back out into the field for the rest of the season.

Gotta love the way the police "protected" the intended victims...not!

    FUQ from examiner posting:

"According to Fox News, one of the men was armed with brass knuckles and another flashed a gun. In hopes of stopping the brutal attack, the coach's wife pulled out a gun and fired a shot into the air. Police say the coach subsequently went to his car where he retrieved a second gun and then aimed it at his attackers.

The attackers had all fled the park by the time officers arrived. The guns used by the coach and his wife were confiscated as evidence. No arrests in the Wichita football practice gunfire incident have been made as of the time of this report. This story is developing."

Article indicates the father of the boy is the one who approached the coach about his sons lack of play time. They must know who this man is and where he lives.

Wouldn't flashing a gun even if tucked in your beltline be brandishing which is illegal almost (if not) everywhere?
