Is it legal to carry a handgun with ammunition in your vehicle in Tennessee as long as you are the owner of the vehicle and are not prohibited from owning a firearm? See the Senate Bill 1744 that was passed July this year.

The question is this: Can he own a handgun when under 21? I think the answer is that as long you are over 18 you are fine. See this link:
