Candidates from both parties packing in campaign ads. Guns prominently featured.

Take it as another sign that the Obama administrationís gun control push is running aground: Firearms have become this yearís go-to accessory for candidates of both parties seeking to advertise their toughness and willingness to fight.

Given the recent (30 years) history and voting records of both parties, you can fairly well assume that Democrats who use this ploy are lying through their teeth, while Republicans are merely using it to show, "This is where we've always stood."
The First protects the Second, and the Second protects the First. Together, they protect the rest of our Bill of Rights and our United States Constitution, and help We the People protect ourselves in the spirit of our Declaration of Independence.
